• If the order has already been shipped, the return and refund policy will apply.

• Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund.

3. Exceptions:

• Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

4. Refund Timeline for Cancellations:

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited to your original payment method.
